Ben Hey! I really enjoy pushing limits and undertaking physical challenges. I thought this was the perfect opportunity to do just that, but more importantly, raise money for charities which have significantly supported friends who are suffering from Cancer. The work of these charities is vital to so many people and I wanted to help raise some money to assist them in their great work. During the journey I most enjoyed the changes in landscape as we traveled across the country. My greatest dislike was all the traffic which loved to sound their horns as they drove very close beside us! It was a great feeling to reach the Golden Gate Bridge in San Fran, and an even better feeling to see a map of the USA and our completed journey. I would love to say thank you to all the amazing people we met across the states who fed us, let us stay, and welcomed us in to their homes! |
