Hey.

I am currently studying medicine at Birmingham University. I spent a year living in Canada as a ski school teacher in Whistler. During this time I saw a lot of the Rockies and so I was looking forward to cycling through them. Following a ride from John O’Groats to Lands End, I was looking for another cycling event. I thought this ride was a good opportunity to support the fight against cancer.
I loved crossing the USA and seeing everything as the journey took us from coast to coast. Seeing the Grand Canyon and Monument valley were incredible. I think I copped my fair share of the punctures though - I was doing so well until we reached Nevada! Pretty quick at changing tubes now!
